1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Turistta's website and booking services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Turistta's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
  • Transmit any unlawful or threatening material

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation

Once you complete a booking and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all booking details. Payment is non-refundable except as stated below.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the experience start time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form.

Changes to Booking

If you need to reschedule your experience to a different date, you may do so subject to availability. Use our contact form to make changes. A date change fee may apply depending on availability.

4. Waiver & Liability Release

All participants are required to sign a Release of Liability & Waiver before participating in any experience. By booking, you agree to accept all inherent risks of the activity. Turistta and its operators are not liable for injury, death, or property damage except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Age Requirements

Some experiences may have age restrictions. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participants meet all age and health requirements. Turistta reserves the right to deny participation if requirements are not met.

6. Health & Safety

Participants must be in good physical and mental health to participate. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, inform the operator before the experience begins. Turistta is not responsible for injuries or complications arising from pre-existing conditions.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are in USD. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Turistta and Stripe to process your payment.

In case of payment failure, your booking will not be confirmed. You will have the opportunity to retry payment with a valid payment method.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harassing or threatening any person
  • Submitting false or misleading information
  • Attempting to access restricted areas
  • Interfering with website operation or security

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turistta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the experience.

10. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Turistta disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Modifications to Terms

Turistta reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications become effective when posted on the website. Your continued use of the website following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puerto Rico.
